Call-Transfer problem on CCME

Hello,

i have a problem with call transfering. Here a example for my problem:

Number 0170123456 calls from mobile the internal number 222. Number 222 wants to transfer the call from extern to number 333.

Now when i try to transfer the call, then i get busy.

In the telephony-service settings i configured

transfer local-consult

My Hardware is a 2801 and a 12.3.14T5 IOS Image.

Has anyone an idea what is wrong?

What i forgot, the transfer of internal to internal is ok.

Add the external destination to a tranfer-pattern

e.g

telephony-service

transfer-pattern 9T

You can use more specfic transfer patterns if you want to restrict transfer destinations.

My problem is not the transfer to a extern destination. I cant transfer a incoming extern call to a other intern ephone...

Do a transfer-system full-consult under the telephony setup and have a transfer-pattern for eg 2... if you are using 4 digit dial plan with NXX ranges from starting from 2.
