I have users who I've created a rollover number for, so if their main did is busy the call forwarders over to this phantom non DID. The problem I am having is when a call is answered on this phantom line it cannot be transfered. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so what was your solution. Is this going to be resolved in 3.3? Thanks in advance

There is no bug associated with this. It could be due to some issue with the phantom rollover line.

I have configured several version of rollover lines, the phantom line must have the same CCS as the primary line. one question are your phantom lines in the same partition as the primary line?
Partition = who can call me
CSS = who I can call

Make sure that call waiting is disabled on these lines.
