Call Transfer problem

I have a group of users setup with a shared 2nd line on their 7960 phones. When they receive a call on that line, they are unable to transfer the call to an outside number. They can transfer calls from their 1st line though. Can this be resolved?

This issue is related to call waiting. There is a good link on cco relating to this but try disabling call waiting and see what happens. Try this link
