Call Transfer

I want to have calls call in from the PSTN and enter an extension and be transfered directly to that extension, but for call manager extensions that do not have voice mail, I tried using a call handler, but could not get that working<br><br>Kevin Williams, CCNP,CCDP,MCSE

Call Handlers are the way to go for something like this.

Try using Alternate transfer if you're having problems, to rule out things like schedule.

What happens when you dial the extension? Does it say please hold why I try that extension?
