Call Transfer

If I dial from the PSTN to Unity/Auto-ATTENDANT and enter a four digit extension I receive did not recognize as a valid entry. This happens for a certain few extensions but all others work correctly. However, if I first transfer to another call-handler and then enter the 4 digits on the previously unrecognized it then works. <br><br>

Check to see if the CallHandler (maybe it's even a subscriber box) callers enter on these external calls doesn't have any caller input keys locked and ignored. There's probably a digit locked and ignored that's common to all the extensions that aren't working.
