Specifically:<br><br>* Yes, ring subscriber at this number_______<br><br> Does this function only work if the Unity Auto attendant transfers calls to the subscriber's extention ? That setting is for auto attendant transfers For instance, you call the Unity system, get the opening greeting and dial the ID of that subscriber and we check to see if a transfer rule is active for that user. If it is (i.e. you have a transfer string here) we try the phone first. If not, we proceed right to the greeting rule that's active.
If you dial the phone directly and forward into Unity busy/RNA, we skip the transfer rule for that subscriber and send you right to the active greeting (i.e. so you don't get stuck in a transfer loop).
