Call Waiting to PSTN from CCM3.1

I am trying to establish how I can let a user out in the PSTN know that they are getting a call-waiting tone from a user on an IP phone. At the moment the PSTN caller gets the same ringing tone regardless of whether the IP user is on a call or not. I have all the progress-ind commands configured on the VG, as I know the local PSTN switch provides the Ringing tone.

Thanks for replying, but I see nothing in the Doc. that explains how to resolve the problem I have.
