call waiting tone on the caller site

When call waiting is enabled for a certain extension, and this extension is busy, can we send some sort of a tone to the caller, so that the caller knows that call waiting is enabled on the other end?

We are using callmanager 3.2 with several 7910 and 7960 phones.

Unfortunately, there is no such functionality in Callmanager.
