Call Waiting

If I am on a phone call and someone else calls me I see the call waiting to come through. This is fine.

But what I have been asked to do is after a set amount of time e.g 5 seconds the call then roles over to another users. Is this possible and how can I do it?

You should be able to get this functionality by using the call-forward no answer feature and forward to the rollover extension.

You can do this with the Forward no Answer. But be carefull, the time for forward no Answer, is it valid for all other Phones, that means when you wish ,that if you on a Phone call and a other call comes in, and should be Forwarded in 5 sec to a other user, than you can change this in the Service Parameters, but the change is valid for all other User also.
