callback fails with Ip Communicator 2.0(2)

Hi,

We are using CCM 4.1(3)sr2 and Ip communicator 2.0(2)

Executed test scenario:

1. Extension 6044 (type: IPC) makes call to extension 6052 (type: 7940). Extension 6052 does not answer.

2. Extension 6044 activates CallBack.

3. Extension 6044 makes call to extension 1356 (type: 7920). Extension 1356 answers.So Active call from 6044 to 1356.

4. Extension 6052 becomes available (off hook/on hook).

==> CallBack screen pops up on extension 6044. Call from 6044 to 1356 is disconnected.

Anyone has an idea why it's disconnecting?Missing parameter or bug in the CCM or IPC software?

I don't have the same version in my lab so i can't reproduce it.I did the same test with 4.1(3)sr3c but everything worked fine.

Anyone who has an idea?

Because the iDivert softkey does not automatically get configured in a softkey template, use the Softkey Template Configuration window in Cisco Unified CallManager Administration to configure the iDivert softkey in any available softkey template.Refer URL
