I can't seem to get Call Back to work against a 7912 phone. Call Back works fine against a 7960 set that is busy. I'm currently running CCM on 3.3(2). When I call a 7912 set that is busy (I hear the busy tone) and the CallBack softkey is presented on my 7960 set. When I press the CallBack softkey I get the following message: "CallBack can not be activated on XXXX". I've tried stopping/starting Extended Services but that didn't help.
