CallBack

I can't seem to get Call Back to work against a 7912 phone. Call Back works fine against a 7960 set that is busy. I'm currently running CCM on 3.3(2). When I call a 7912 set that is busy (I hear the busy tone) and the CallBack softkey is presented on my 7960 set. When I press the CallBack softkey I get the following message: "CallBack can not be activated on XXXX". I've tried stopping/starting Extended Services but that didn't help.

I didn't find anything on the Cisco site saying that CallBack worked only on certain sets.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Larry,

You have hit the following bug CSCea05766 for the 7912 that is fixed in CM 3.3(3). Do a search for CSCea05766 in the following URL :
