Called Numbering Plan issues

I am having an issue with two PRI's at a particular site. They are NI2. I have about 16 PRI's accross 14 sites and I have not run into this yet so I do not think it is a CallManager issue. Basically, I cannot get calls to consistently work inbound or outbound unless I have the Called Numbering plans (both) options in the PRI setup set to "Unknown" I would like to set it National and ISDN as I typically do. What is best approach to the CO to have them look into this. I really do not know how to explain the issue I am having to them. What settings on the CO/PBX side do these settings on the CM side correlate to?

Hi there,

so when you end a setup to the CO, are you getting a RELease back? If so, what is the release reason? What are te exact formats of the numbes you are sending? Similarly, what are you receivin from the C in the stup, and is the CM sending back a release?
