CCM 4.13.
We have live person to pick up calls by using Attendant Console.
When she receives calls, she can see outside caller's Caller ID.
After she transfers calls to users, those users will see caller ID too.
Is there anyway to block the caller ID after transfer???
We just want our users to see the extension from Attendant Console, not 1xxx xxx xxxx.

Please try this in the lab. I could not test it.
1. In the ACs phone, there should be a field for original called party number under Forwarded Call Information Display. See if you can play with that.
2. Send the ACs call to a translation pattern and then have the translation pattern locate the final phone in a different CSS. When you do this, in the translation pattern, remove the callID. If it does not work, please let me know. Thanks!

I dont see field for original called party at AC's phone.
And I dont understand what you try to do at your second method?? Our AC's Pilot point is the DID, so what you say is that move the DID to translation pattern???
