Caller ID for external calls for intercluster calls

We have 2 Call Mgr clusters running 4.1.2 with MGCP GW's (2800's).

When a user at cluster A (North America) calls a user at cluster B (India) over the WAN whose phone is forwarded to their cell phone the caller ID does not show the caller ID of the user at cluster A, instead shows the general office number (xxx-3000) of cluster B.

Caller ID does work locally at cluster B when a user (in cluster B) calls another user in cluster B whose phone is forwarded to their cell phone.

Should this be expected for an inter cluster call or is there a setting on the Call Manager or VG that can be changed?

Re: Caller ID for external calls for intercluster calls

Check the Router Patter pointing to the ICT and make sure the "Use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask" is checked and Calling Line ID Presentation and Calling Name Presentation is set to Allowed.

If that's not it go to the ICT and under Outbound Calls section make sure the "Caller ID DN" is blank, also Calling Party Selection should be set to Originator, Calling Line ID Presentation - Default, other settings should be Cisco CallManager.

Re: Caller ID for external calls for intercluster calls

I have verified all of these on the India side of things and it still does not work. I am attaching a detailed trace from the India Call Manager.

Test:

Calling Party from Site A (North America): 3419

Called Party at Site B (India): 5013

Forwarded to Cell Phone:

Where does it show the Caller ID that is forwarded to the telco?
