Hello,
When Unity is integrated via TSP to the Call Manager, what DID gets passed to the Call Manager when the Notification Device uses a port to call outbound? Is it the Pilot number? Is there a place to configure? Currently, I am not seeing caller-id when Unity calls out to the PSTN. All other devices report their DID number.
Thanks,

Actually, no devices really report their DID when making calls whether the calls are internal or external. All the brains for controlling which IDs are passed where reside inside CallManager.
When Unity is doing notification, it's simply pulling whatever port enabled for notificaiton off-hook and dialing. If the notification is headed for an IP phone, I would expect that the caller ID would show up as the DN of the port that made the call rather than the pilot number.
For calls that are going external, this is probably controlled by the CCM GW configuration on the GW used to relay the call to the PSTN.
In short, it's out of Unity's control as to which number will appear.
