Many of the CLECs/ILECs here always say that they are using DMS-100, but the true for them is that the switch is a DMS-100. The DMS is actually using NI-2 Protocol Emulation. Almost every PRI I have ever turned up in the US has been NI-2, not saying that your telco is wrong ... But did you quiz them yet?
