Currently, when a user is on their 1st line appearance (7960 IP Phone & CM 4.1(3)) and another call comes in on their 2nd line, only the phone number comes up on caller ID for that second call until the 2nd call is picked up. At that point, the name comes up after the call is answered.
Is there an option to change it so that Caller Name shows instead of number when the 1st line is in use and a second call comes in?
If so, is it global or can it be changed for specific users.
