A remote office hooked up to our main office. IP phones. Problem is when the remote office dials out, the caller ID projected to the calling party is the main office number and name. Can I mask the number or replace it for the outside office. It is causing a problem, since the outside office is a seperate company that wants to keep thier own identity when calling thier customers.
Do you have their gateway configured as H.323 on your Call Manager? If you do there is an option on the gateway config for Caller ID DN. Put whatever number you want in there. You need to reset the gateway in CCM after.
