Caller ID on VG200 T1 CAS

Can someone clarify whether or not I should expect

a T1 Vg200 gateway (CAS) to push calling party

information when I make an outbound call. Currently

when I make a call the called party doesn't get

any Caller ID information and I've verified with

the phone company that we are not blocking it.

Are you using E&M wink start? If so, that signaling method does not have any provisions for Caller ID services. Only the called number is sent via DTMF tones. E&M FGD can do this, but typically that is a signaling method used between telcos that cannot do ISDN with each other. But you could still ask for it.
