Caller ID question on 7910 phones

I have a question about caller ID on the 7910 phones. When an external call is transfered to a 7910, the user sees "Unknown Caller for <Phone User>" on the display of their phone. (Where <Phone User> is whatever is configured for the phone in CallManager.)

The 7960's show the incoming call as:

Unknown Caller

1234567890

With the same "Unknown Caller" on the first line, but the number on the second line.

Is there a way to make CallManager show the number on the first line?

The majority of our users have the 7910 phones, only the secretaries and administrators have the 7960s. Therefore, most of our users don't get to see the Caller ID information.

We are running CallManager 3.13c, our PRI terminates at a VG200 w/ IOS 12.2(4)T1.

Any suggestions?

Try this:

Go to the Callmanager service parameters and set the UnknownCallerIdFlag to false, and make sure there is nothing in the UnknownCallerIdText parameter.
