Caller input during opening greeting
Hi,

I have Unity 3.0.2 with Call Manager 3.1(2c) and I'm trying to setup an outside number that subscribers can call and sign-in to get voice mail.

I've got a dummy extension in CM forwarding to Unity; my Opening Greeting call handler is setup and caller input is enabled, the default keys "#", "0", and "*" are locked. Pretty mcuh everything is at default settings.

When I dial into the number I get the greeting, but all of my caller input is ignored and I'm sent to the default action (xfer to operator). I've tried putting extensions in as well, same result.

I saw an old monkey answer for setting up a Call Routing forward rule from the extension to the Opening Greeting in Unity 2.4.6, and I tried that for the hell of it. Still no go.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Mark

Re: Caller input during opening greeting

doesn't sound like a Unity configuration thing, sounds like we're not getting digits from the outside. Do you have the DTMF-relay setup? Checkout this post:
