For all my Call Handlers, caller input works fine if the call comes in from another IP phone, but will not work at all if it comes in our PRI. Unity ignores any key presses. Is this a Unity issue or an issue with the gateway?
It is most likely an issue with the gateway. In fact, I personally have never seen a situation where it was a problem with Unity. DTMF is transmitted out of band from CallManager to Unity using the Skinny protocol. You might want to open up a CCM trace and check to see if CallManager is sending it over to Unity.
