caller-input to transfer to cell-phone

I have setup a seperate call handler to use for transferring to a cell-phone from the subscriber caller-input menu. When I test the transfer, it calls my cell phone and then immediately disconnects. I setup the transfer rule using the alternate as advised in a previous thread. Any ideas?

Hi

Is Unity connected to a Callmanager or to a legacy pbx? If connected to a callmanager what gateway are we using for the outside call? Does it actually disconnects before you can pick up the call or does it hangs up as soon as you pick it up? Have you tried forwarding it to a normal phone on the PSTN?
