i have aa answer and have options set for caller input<br>when it sends key three to subscribers extention the subscribers greeting starts right away<br>I have the incoming call transfer for subscriber set to<br>yes ring subscribers extention<br>what am I missing to get phone to ring before going to subscribers greeting ?<br><br>
If the Call Handler's key 3 input option sends the caller to a Subscriber, in the "Subscriber Selection" frame, make sure "Conversation" is set to "Attempt transfer for".
