Caller Input

Hi<br><br>If a caller dials an extension during a subscribers greeting, they IMMEDIATELY hear a message saying the extension is not answering or is busy and then are forwarded to that extensions mailbox - the extension dialled does not ring. The "Allow caller Input" box is checked as is "Allow Callers to Dial an Extension During Greeting" checkbox. Using CM 312c & Unity 2.4.6.135<br><br>Many Thanks<br>Ian<br><br>

For the caller input option, what does the "conversation" field say: Attempt transfer or send to greeting?
