Caller name and personal directory

I have personal directory on my 7960 phone ..

i can call any person from it .. but when i get call from person from any person who is in my personal directory .. i don't see Name of this person during the call ..

i want to see who is calling me . if this person already in my personal directory

Yes, it is possible using a TCL/IVR script.

Having the entries of the personal directory of each user resolve to name when they call would be an extremely useful feature!

I am not sure if this does not work for me for some reason or if it is not implemented as a feature yet.

I assume you look for the same functionality as you get in any mobile, you have the number as a contact so you get the name when they call.

If so, this is not implemented in CUCM.
