Caller Name CID problems

I can't seem to get Caller Name to show up on my Ip phones. I get caller Number though. Using a PRI from a LEC into a VG200 and h323 from the vg200 to the CCM Box.

Here is an example debug voip ccapi inout and a debug isdn q931.

Thanks in advance...

Shows a call coming in from a 6022745340 # to extention 8110. I know this # puts out valid CID name info as I've tested it on other phones. Doesn't seem like it makes it to the gateway or the gateway isn't processing it.

Re: Caller Name CID problems

If the name for a given call was truly being sent, you'd see it in the q931 debug. In this particular call, it's not, so test with a different inbound call from a phone that *is* sending their name.

As for Call Manager config, on your h.323 gateway config page, make sure the checkbox for "Display IE Delivery" is checked.

Re: Caller Name CID problems

could someone send me an example of an isdn q931 debug showing the right calling name/number? I'm about to set one up and I would like to have a look at one.

This feature Call Name Display single this available one with interfaces E1 PRI QSIG. It is this your case?

I have made tests with many types of interface E1 PRI, and now I am looking for if a version of CCM exists that has supported E1 QSIG.

I wait for your answer.
