Hi,
We would like to display the caller name as it appears in a user's personal address book. For example, if a user enters a list of numbers in the Cisco User Pages, we would like to display the corresponding name on the IP phone when one of those numbers is calling.
Currently, if a call comes in from the PSTN, we only get the Calling Number; however, if we could first search the user's personal directory or the Corporate Directory, then we could also display the name if there's a match.
Has anyone come across a way of doing this?
Thanks for your help,
Erik.

I feel, this is possible. There are various things like ANI and caller ID configurations for the callmanager to identify the call using the name. Check out the following links, which could guide you regarding the issue.

If anyone has found a way to do this we would also be interested.

Erik,
I've had the very same issue recently and have had Cisco confirm that there is no inherent feature in CCM today that can deliver this. The feature (called alpha tagging) is on the development roadmap, but not in any near future timeframe.
The only other alternative we found was the MondayCoffee app.

There is another possibility that matches up with outlook contacts.
