Caller Name issue

I have Callmanager 4.1.3 with 2851 acts as a MGCP Gateway connected to Seimens PBX using E1 PRI QSIG. I have issue with a Calling name. If I place a call from IP phone to a phone on Siemens PBX I do not see the Caller name. I can not check the Display IE delivery check box which is already greyed out. I do not see the callmanager sending the Caller name if I look at the debug ISDN Q931 traces on the 2851 gateway. Any help would be appreciated.

Is the option "Send Calling Name in Facility IE" available?

Normally with Q.SIG name is encoded, please check the Q.SIG variant used in Siemens side and check the debug isdn q931.

Paste an incoming call and an outgoing call debug please.
