Caller Name problem with outbound calls

I am implementing Caller Name on a 1760V. I can turn on this feature on the serial interface using the "isdn supp-service name calling" command and for inbound calls it works great, the name appears on the PBX and on the desktop phone. The problem is that outbound calls do not go through. The gateway logs a message "Cause i = 0x82B2 - Requested facility not subscribed" (see log snippet below). I assume that is because the gateway is trying to set the Calling Party Name on the outbound call and the PSTN provider is rejecting that. Can anyone verify that from the log below? Can I tell the gateway not to forward the Calling Party Name? Would the "calling-info sip-to-pstn unscreened discard" command under sip-ua help?

Log Snippet:

Re: Caller Name problem with outbound calls

Anyone have any thoughts on this? I want to tell the gateway to not pass Caller Name on outbound calls.
