i have a CALLMANAGER 4.1(2)and 1760 cisco router with 2 4-ports fxo modules. when an external call comes the caller number doesn't appear on the IP phone screen although the telephone lines have this feature enabled and caller number appears when connecting these lines directly to an analog telephone set. but this works well with internal calls. so please let me know if any configuration is needed on the callmanager or on the router.
