Hello,<br><br>A customer has Unity 126.96.36.199 installed. When a caller calls an employee that does not pick (call forward busy set to Unity) the call sometimes goes to the Auto Attendant greeting. However, the next call with the same calling/called parties goes to the subscriber greeting correctly.<br><br>This happens approximately 1 out of 10 times, and according to the customer happens to random subscribers.<br><br>Any tips on troubleshooting this matter would be greatly appreciated.
