Attempts to ForwardAll from an IP Phone yield a busy signal and "database unreachable" message on the phone's display. Any Idea's??
Thanks

We were having a similar problem some time ago. The problem of users getting the 'database unreachable' message when attempting 'forward all' is documented in the Bug CSCdx76806. The workaround is to use the Cisco CallManager user page to forward all calls.
You could refer to the document 'Release Notes for Cisco CallManager Release 3.1(4a)'. The document is available at the URL http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/prod_release_note09186a00800a9396.html

We have a similar issue in our site . The Service Pack G for 3.2(2c) has the fix for this bug. Also a couple of thing that Cisco asked us to check
-The NIC versions running on the customers 7835's are known to be problematic. The documentation for the correct rev. can be found on CCO. This change requires a server reboot, I believe. (This rev can be downloaded from CCO or directly from the Compaq website).
-The port settings on the CallManager servers are fine (set to autoneg) as long as the switch side corresponds (also set to autoneg).
Hope this helps.
