CallFwdAll on CCMUser

Has anyone had complaints from users that are trying to remove the Call Forwarding on the Web, Updating and the forwarding not being removed. I have been unable to reproduce the problem myself but I receive quite a few comlpaints that users are unable to remove the CallForwaring from non-primary lines on the Web. It seems to eventually come off but up to hours later or if I go into CCMAdmin and remove it for them.

You might call TAC, there's a bug documented that is similar that may help you out (unfortunately, it's not resolved):

Sympton:

On ccmuser page, checkbox remains UNCHECKED even it is actually checked(and functions as checked).

It is a display problem. Reproducible on customer's setup ONLY at this moment.

Condition:

Call Manager Running 3.2(2c)spF. Load: P00303020300 & P00303010411. On ccmuser

page, Forward your calls config, Forward all incoming calls on lineX check box,

if you select radiobuttom of Voice Mail, and check on this check box, and update,

the check box remains UNCHECKED but it does the forwading(to VM).

Workaround:
