CallHandler greeting not being played

I keep getting a recording saying "this system is temporarily unable to complete your call" when I dial the number for a callhandler in Unity. All other callhandlers work fine. The only thing I see unusual is under messages on the callhandler, the message recipient is selected subscriber but the subsriber must have been deleted so I see an, "invalid link, message recipient deleted". Could this possibly cause the system to give me this error message for the callhandler or is it something else? Any ideas??

That could do it. If you have TAC case open have them link it to CSCdx46888 please.

but just to be clear... to fix this you simply need to select a valid subscriber or public distribution list to act as the recipient for that handler. We need a designated recipient even if the handler isn't currently configured to take messages.
