Strange Problem:
When dialing outbound to several 800 numbers I get cutoff with a fast busy while in a queue waiting. It only happens from certain phones. I am running the same phone load on all phones. I have MGCP gateways and running Call Manager version 3.2.2c.
Anyone have any ideas?

After further investigation I think it is several calls not just 800 numbers. I think I was just noticing 800 numbers because I would be on the phone for a while.

Hi -
It could be a bad channel (timeslot) on one of your T1s. We had an issue with 1 channel on a 6608 port that was bad. Check your CallManager traces and see if its the same channel on the same port that is causing the issue... The traces will tell you which channel the call is hitting on the T1.
This may help you discover what the problem is, even if it isn't a bad channel.
