Calling number and forwarding number NOT showing

CallMgr 3.1.2c and Unity 2.4.6(135) and TSP 3.0.4<br><br>When Unity gets a call directly (ie. push the voice mail<br>button) or when forwarded - the Calling and Forwarding<br>fields are always blank and users always get sent to the<br>opening greetings. <br><br>All the mailboxes and call handlers<br>are working - but Unity does not get the calling number.<br>It even says "AttemptSignIn" on the Status monitor but then<br>goes directly to PHTransfer/PHGreeting.<br><br>Paul<br><br>Paul<br><br>

Check to see what integration type is set on the security key and then check to see what integration type is in the selected switch file. What's listed for both?
