Calling Search Space Hierarchy on Phones/Lines

CallManger 3.1

We are trying to determine the hierarchy of the Calling Search Space(CSS) designation for the Phone Configuration and the Line Configuration. Or, when phrased another way, when placing a call from an IP Phone, does CallManager use the CSS designation of the Phone, or the CSS that was assigned at the line level?

The next logical question would be is how does this work with the Extension Mobility feature when a user logs in at a remote site?

If there's a document out there that talks to these issues I'd like to know where it is, thanks.

Re: Calling Search Space Hierarchy on Phones/Lines

I know that the line CSS will over-ride the CSS

on the main page of the Phone config..
