Re: Callmanage event log

Yep - have a look in the registry at

HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\DHCPServer\Performance

And post back a screen grab of what values are in there...

Re: Callmanage event log

The answer to your question is here.

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;247226

To completely remove a performance monitor extension, first identify the

service name of the product that supported the custom counters. In this case

"DHCP server".

Use RegEdt32.exe to traverse to the following subkey:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\DHCP server

Select the "Performance" subkey and from the Edit menu, click Delete. This

action deletes the Performance subkey and all its values.

Please make a backup of the registry before modifying it. You should reboot

the CM server after modifying the registry for the change to take effect.

Re: Callmanage event log

Hi

Often the error you have is due to values missing from the reg key, however since they're all there it's best to follow Stevens2's advice and remove the key..

Re: Callmanage event log

Hello Aaroon, can you help me with this. How can I resolve this issue:

Error: kErrorNotCDRPrimary - InsertCDR service is being run on a server that is not the CDR primary

App ID: Cisco CDR Insert

Cluster ID: BMCM0101-Cluster

Node ID: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Explanation: InsertCDR service is being run on a server that is not the CDR primary

Recommended Action: Either disable the service or change the Enterprise Parameter for PrimaryCDRUNCPath.

Re: Callmanage event log

Hi

Which servers do you have the CDRInsert service running on?

It should just run on the publisher normally, the other servers should have the DBL helper service running to take care of CDR...

Re: Callmanage event log

Yes, that is what he means. Here is a link to a good discussion on what services should run where,it is from the CM Serviceablity Admin guide, under Service Activation:
