callmanager 3.1(3a) to 3.2(2c) to 3.2.2 SP G Upgrade?

Im going to upgrade a publisher and one subscriber clister from 3.1(3a) to 3.2(2c) then Apply SP G on the servers. My question is should i upgrade the Publisher to 3.2(2c) then the Subsciber to 3.2(2c) then apply SP G to the Publisher and then the Subscriber, or should Upgrade the publisher to 3.2(2c) , let it reboot then upgrade it SP G, then reboot and then upgrade the Subsciber to 3.2(2c) and then SP G ???

I'm planing on doing the same upgrade on a 2 server 7830 Cluster. Any tips or things that I need to watch out for? I'm in the process of cleaning up my CDR database, getting a STI backup, and saving a hard drive for fail back.
