Callmanager 3.3.3 CTI point cant find

Trying to setup a SoftPhone on Callmanager 3.3.3, but it seems that the CTI Point is not found ind the Devices menu. I have connectet many SoftPhones in 3.2.3C without any problems.

This is the way that I have made the setup

Made a user with cti rights

Made a Cti Point with a phonenumber

Associatet the Cti Point to the user via deviceprofil so the user owen the SoftPhone/cti Point

I can ping the computer, and have set the Softphone with the ip and user of the callmanager

But when I list the Phone the CTI Point is showing not found.

Any Idee

Did you install the correct TSP version from the Callmanager-plugins?

Thanks for the quick answer, but i have installt the TSP from the Callmanager, so it shut be the right version.

I'm just curious why are you configuring cti point. It should be a cti port instead

Yes your right, it is cti port. I have now fix the problem. Nothing to do with the confguration but another program (NetWise Now client) that blocks the function on the Softphone.
