I am currently installing a CallManager 3.3(2)SPC solution and there is a requirement to upgrade to 3.3(3)SR2. This system also has integrations with Unity 4.0(3) and CRA 3.0(3a)SPA.
My preference would be to install 3.3(3)SR2 fresh as this solution has not been deployed as yet. If a fresh install is performed, will this require the CRA server to be reinstalled? If not, how would this be reintegrated with the CallManager?
Do you have CRA running on the same server? When you do a fresh install of ccm are you going to use the same name/ip address? If it is the same server do a backup of ccm and cra and the restore will bring the database over, you just need to install cra again. If it is on another server and you are keeping your name and ip address then nothing will need to be done.
