I have set up a callmanager 3.3(3) as a pilot and would now like route calls to the PSTN. I have a couple of spare Bri ISDN2 (UK) and a 2620 router with a 4 port bri card installed. I would appreciate some help on how to get callmanager to talk to the 2600 and guidance on setting up the router to use the ISDN.
Hi,if this is an NM-4BRI-ST, then you can't use this for voice purposes, there are no DSP resources on this card. You could use an NM-2V, with a single VIC-2BRI-S/T (you can't have two of these in an NM-2V carrier), but you would get 4 lines in/out. Then the easiest way to use this gateway is as an H.323 device in CCM.
There are plenty configs on CCO for this, but I have a specific BRI config from a previous pilot if it would help.
