Callmanager 4.05 Busy notification

Is it possible to play a notification if a line or hunt group is busy such as " All users are busy" after for rings? Without unity?

Hi

1. You can use IPCC Express (simple script playing wav file). IPCC Express is licensed for free for all new CCM 4.0 and 4.1 You can install it in coresident configuration with CCM. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/sw/custcosw/ps1846/products_promotion0900aecd80358b64.html

2. You can use Attendant Console with enabled queueing instead of "real" CCM 4.0/4.1 hunt group functionality. For that you should:

a. configure ac hunt group:

b. add your wav file "all users are busy" as a MoH file to your MoH server;

c. enable queueing for your AC Pilot (to enable queueing use acconfig.bat located at C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallManagerAttendant\bin). As a queue prompt use a wav file with your "all users are busy". This wav will be played by your MoH server.

Where do you assign the queue prompt all users are busy. I can't find it anywhere and it is not in the AC config tool!

Hi

User will get queue prompt when all lines/users in AC hunt group are busy.

Queue prompt for AC pilot it is a MoH Audio Source file. To define it do the following:

1. Create additional Device Pool for your AC Pilot.

2. Add your queue promtp in CCM as a additional MoH Audio Source file.

3. In Device Pool configuration in User/Network MoH Audio Source specify this queue prompt.

4. In AC config tool you only should enable queueing.

5. Device Pool must have MoH resources available.

I did it in my CCM configuration and it works without any problems...

I have configured it as you describe. But when a user is placed on hold the message busy is played instead a holdmusic. The message has to be played when al lines of the AC hunt ar occupied.
