CallManager 4.1.3 browser is slow

Hi,

Browser responses are slow (Up to 10 seconds delay) when we use CallManager Administration. Task Manager Performance shows 100% utilisation for the 10 second period for Image Name IExplore.exe. This mainly occurs when you use the 'back' and '->' IE buttons but can happen when moving between screens using the pull down menu options. We have this problem on two separate customer sites, one is a MCS7835 and the other a MCS7815 (2Gig).

Any ideas?

How are you accessing the admin page?From the server itself or on the network?

Does this happen on all servers or only the pub?

Whats the size of your cdr database?

i also faced the same issue after upgrade from 3.3 version to 4.1.3 version.

i trouble shooted the issue by checking the memory usage .in my case the VNC is using more memory

so i uninstall the vnc and connected through remote desk top connection

Thats good.

Cisco advises not to use the browser on the same server CCM is running onto.

Hi Dave

Do you install any java application?

Maybe there is a conflict with your Jsdk..

That´s happend to me once :P
