What troubleshooting have you done already? Have you ruled out any network events external to CallManager?

Re: CallManager 4.1(3) unregistering

Hi,

If this is goin on with almost all the phones following steps need to be performed.

1) Run Dblhelper if you have SUBSCRIBER as well to chcek Sql Sync.

2)check the Network Connectivity bcoz reason codes are pointin me towards Network Connectivity issue..

3) To be more sure go through the traces use the mac address and the timestamp from even check is ther any keepalive loss goin on or not.

Re: CallManager 4.1(3) unregistering

Hi,

Take a look at the link below. It would give you an idea whether is a normal behavior or not. I will also suggest you to look at the Status on the IP Phone Phone in order for you to see what type of errors you are getting.

Let me know if it helps.

Thanks

Hi Gaurav,

I have run the DBLHelper and it shows the connections are good. there isn't any error. However, the phone unregistration is still happening.

Re: CallManager 4.1(3) unregistering

Are the phones not working? Do the phones stay unregistered? How many phones do you have and how many of these messages have you received and in what time period?

Re: CallManager 4.1(3) unregistering

I have this same issue too with 4.1(2) It is only happening to a few phones and it seems to be ones tied to a specific line/hunt group. Weird thing is, it seems that it makes line 1 unavailable, when you try to call it it just becomes busy, doesn't go to voice mail or anything.

I have setup extension mobility on their phones so they login and out of the line group.

****

Logging in and out of the extension mobility seemed to have restored the access to line 1. It seems that doing that issues the reason code 9 errors in the application log also.
