CallManager 4.1(3) Update Config Problems

Hi. Before contacting TAC I would like to see if anybody is having the same problem. I have CCM 4.1(3) with no service release installed. When I go to the route pattern and I try to add a new one when I hit insert it change to processing but it never ends so I'm unable to add any route pattern. If I go and I add a phone or anything else it works as expected. I reboot the server and the problem persist.

It is only 1 server in the cluster.

Any ideas?

Hi Jose,

I've seen this occur, but when you go back and hit Find, the RP or whatever exists.. apparently a refresh problem with IE or the java class...

I would highly recommend adding the latest SR (I think SR1)... It fixed a wierd bug with Batting phones in too.

I'm not sure about this but I think SR2 has been released, or at least the release notes were on CCO yesterday. There were quite a few bug fixes.
