I have a customer that is currently using the equitrac software for accounting and billing purposes. It is already integrated with a Legacy PBX and using FAC and CMC codes. We are going to replace the PBX with a CallManager cluster and I would like to know if anyone out there has done an integration with CCM and Equitrac and if so how?
The equitrac engineers are asking us to provide a flat file of the CDR database in order for them to extract the FAC and CMC codes for their application. Is it possible?
