CallManager 4.2 and 6.0 on Operations Manager

Hi All,

I can add the publisher and 4 Subscribers belonging to the CallManager 4.2 Cluster on Operations Manager 2.0.2. But for some reason when I add the Publisher on CCM 6.01, the Opeations Manager throws the "Unreachable" error. I am pretty sure that I put in the correct credentials. Can anyone please suggest what is going wrong here?

Same cluster ID perhaps?

I looked into the cluter ID, its not the same. Also, operations Manager 2.0 does not support 2 different versions of CallManager. Therefore I downloaded version 2.0.2 which supports multiple versions of CCM's. Unfortunately the problem still persists.

If you go to Devices > Device Management > Modify/Delete Devices and select your device what error code and error message do you get?
