This has come up a fair bit before and I realise that ccm 5 has a straight BLF / DSS function.
I was wondering if any one had a good work around for version 4.2?
I have tried the shared line thing. But incoming calls for all other lines, appear on the main phone as an incoming call. This confuses the operator.
I know you can get status from Attendant console too, but some of the smaller receptions dont want to run this.
